S.W.A.T. AIRSOFT RULES

SAFEZONE:
The safezone is neutral territory. players may eat rest, buy supplies and chat in this area, this can also be used as a dead zone if your legs can’t carry you that far. No firing of replicas in the safezone, this is a goggle free area, barrel socks must be on at all times or mags removed and chambers cleared
RESPAWNING:
When eliminated, all players must put their barrel sock on and go immediately to a dead zone, they are not allowed to talk to anyone except the marshals (dead men / women don't talk), marshals will not give tactical advice or battle status, once at the dead zone, all players must count them selves in for ten minutes, there will be clocks in all dead zones (use this time wisely, re-ammo or have a rest) Radios must be either switched off or ear pieces removed when in a dead zone, once leaving the dead zone to respawn all players must move directly to a defensive posture, not attacking, marshals will be watching for offenders
SURRENDER RULE:
THIS IS HIGHLY RECCOMENDED FOR PLAYER COMFORT
Players may at any time chose to surrender rather than be eliminated, it is common practice to call for surrender when one player is close enough to cause a high level of pain for a target, players that surrender must put on their barrel sock and enter a dead zone, please not overkill or bonus killing will not be tolerated and if this occurs will get you whole team negative penalty points:
PHYSICAL CONTACT:
At no time is a player authorised to touch another player: If a player runs he may be shot, but can ever be restrained, no form of "hand to hand" combat, real or simulated is authorised nor allowed, any issues relating with any physical contact may cause you to be expelled from the games:
HEADSHOTS:
Head shots count as eliminations, must intentional headshots (MUST) be avoided Anyone found to be taking intentional headshots will be removed from play and treated as a safety hazard to other players
RICHOCHETS:
Ricochets do not count as elimination’s, but common sense dictates what a ricochet is, for example a bb glancing off a branch while going through a bush is not a ricochet, whilst a bb striking a ceiling of a building and bouncing down onto a player is a ricochet, and there for not an elimination.
HAND, GUN AND EQUIPMENT SHOTS:
All of these count as elimination’s, all players hit in this manner are to place on their barrel socks and make their way to a dead zone for reincarnation:
HELMETS & BODY ARMOUR:
While there are no restrictions on these, there are no "in game" benefits from wearing such equipment beyond the players personal comfort or safety:
RADIOS:
Radio communication is authorised with use of PMR 446's and is encouraged. Listening in on the opponents frequency is also authorised, to the use of codes is recommended, if you are shot you must announce that you are hit and then remove your earpiece or switch off the radio unit, offenders may be penalty pointed
VELOCITY LIMITS:
WE SUPPORT THE UKASGB LIMITS, PLEASE REFER TO THEIR GUIDELINES FOR OUR LIMITS
All GUNS are subject to chronographing at any time and must not exceed the current legal limits as recommended by the UKAGSB All guns that have been chronograph and passed will be marker in a unique way, random tests will be carried out during the day with hand held devices, all players are also advised that no tool be allowed as standard field kit, any anti tamper devices must be used and fitted: Any replicas found over the limits will be removed from play until such measures have been taken by the player to convince the marshals that the replica is within the limits:
click the ukasgb logo for our limits
MARSHALS:
A marshal’s decision is final, if you feel you have been incorrectly judges, ask the marshal to call the ultimate judge, who will access the situation and make a ruling, the ultimate judges decision is final:
PYROS:
IT IS IN THE INTEREST of all players not to mess with any pyros that you may find around the games site all pyros over a mark 5 will be marshal driven, any pyros that are to be used by attending players must advise a member of the swat staff for approval of all devices, this includes smoke as we are close to the coast line of north Wales:
VIOLATORS:
Any violators of the above rules and you may be expelled from the site, follow the rules and have a good weekend of airsoft
FAIR PLAY:
It is in the interest of all airsoft players to admit to being hit, the normal way of doing this is to shout (hit) to avoid a player not over killing you due to not being able to see you. Avoid cheating as this affects the mood of the game and the attitude of the day. If another player is screaming he/she has hit you, it would be a good idea to give the player the benefit of the doubt, as the bbs may have hit your webbing and thus you may not have felt it. Don’t however pray and spray a bush then shout at the other player ive hit you, presuming the massive amount of bbs must have hit the other player, this is negative play.
HOT REPLICAS AND CHRONOGRPH Any replicas that exceed the chrono limits can not be used, any replicas found hot (over the limits) may be turned down and re-chronographed, all passed replicas will be marked with a unique sticker, this includes sidearms
TARGET RANGE:
The swat target range will be were the chrono is located, all players are invited to use the range when ever they wish during the days play, eye protection must be worn on the range at all times,
MARSHAL INTERACTION:
At any time in the day a marshal may come up to you and tell you that you are dead, reasons, act of god. Snake bite, lightning strike, tree fell on you, respect this, as it is part of real life. CURFEW FOR REPLICAS AND DEVICES No replicas are permitted to be fired at the camping area and all replicas must be stowed away at 9.00pm were the evening entertainment will commence, food and beers and live band and raffle Any violators of the above rules and you may be expelled from the site, follow the rules and have a good airsoft weekend.
ALL EYE PROTECTION IS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY S.W.A.T. ALL PYROS & DEVICES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY S.W.A.T.
